Coaching & Consultation

One-to-one support and creative collaboration for actors, artists, and educators

Overview

Whether you’re preparing for a role, navigating a block, building a psychologically rich character, or rethinking how you teach, personalised coaching can offer focused, flexible support grounded in both psychology and craft.

Sessions are tailored to you—drawing on tools from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), 5-ACT Formulation, and years of experience in actor training and performance.

I also consult with institutions and creative teams to embed psychologically informed approaches into rehearsal processes, training environments, and curriculum design.
